Cardano (Кардано) is a distributed computing platform that manages the blockchain for the Ada cryptocurrency. Daedalus is currently a cryptocurrency wallet that supports ADA and allows transfers to other crypto wallet addresses.
Cardano was created by blockchain development company Input Output Hong Kong (IOHK) and Charles Hoskinson, the former co-founder of BitShares, Ethereum, and Ethereum Classic, and aims to launch smart contracts, decentralized applications, sidechains, and multiparty computing.
